Kim Floyd grew up in Cody and graduated from Cody High School. He served in the
United States Navy and is currently the Executive Secretary for the Wyoming
State AFL-CIO. Floyd serves as Vice Chairman of the Board.
Kim is an experienced hunting guide, and is particularly valued for his ability
to think like a bighorn sheep or mule deer. He is active in Cheyenne Frontier
Days, and has served in the current Governor’s administration.
Kim and his wife Sheri have one son and four grandchildren.
