“Pidge” Fulton was born and raised on the family homestead near Heart Mountain, and continues to actively farm that land, as well as other farms in the area. He attended Northwest College in Powell and Eastern Montana College in Billings.

Fulton has previously served as a member of the Park County Fire Protection Board, Park County School District Board of Trustees, and Heart Mountain Irrigation District Board of Directors. He is currently a member of the Wyoming Alfalfa Seed Growers Board of Directors.

Pidge was elected to the Wyoming Sports Officials Hall of Fame in 2004 for his work as a wrestling official and coach for more than 30 years. He and his wife, Cindy, have two sons. Nick is a teacher and wrestling coach in Lander, and Beau farms and runs an agronomic business in Powell.

Pidge is passionate about fly fishing, and is also an avid hunter. His intent as a member of the WWNRT Board is to preserve the quality of life we enjoy in his native state of Wyoming.
