Steve Meadows is a Wyoming native, and a graduated of Jackson Hole High School. He is Vice President, of Elk Country Motels, Inc. and General Manager of the 49'er Inn & Suites in Jackson, Wyoming. He is also the Marketing Director for Town Square Inns of Jackson Hole.

Steve received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) from Brigham Young University in 1990. He was accepted to a number of prestigious law schools, including Harvard.

Returning to Wyoming, Steve immersed himself in the lodging business and public service. He is a past president of the Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association, Jackson Hole Visitors Council, Wyoming Travel Industry Coalition, and a member of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and Sportsmen for Fish and Wildlife of Wyoming.
Also, Steve is honored to be a founding board member of the Wyoming Wildlife and Natural Resource Trust.

Steve is an avid hunter and fisherman, and a leader in youth activities in Teton County. He and his wife, Wendy, have four children – Natalie, Taylor, Adam, and Grace.
